Cultural Events

Over the past 25 years, OBRAS has organised around 130 public cultural events, primarily in Évora, Evoramonte, and Estremoz. This website presents an overview of these events, organised into five sections:

The OBRAS residency maintains an archive containing exhibition brochures and leaflets, as well as CDs and DVDs documenting selected concerts and performances.
The archive also includes material related to the Open Studios, such as artists' statements. On average, two Open Studios were organised each year. In addition to visits to the artists' studios, these events often featured concerts, readings, and other public presentations.
