Artists in Residence 2003-2026

Since 2003, Foundation OBRAS has hosted around 1,000 artists from 65 countries for residencies lasting between three and ten weeks, and has organised approximately 130 cultural events.
This website allows you to browse its archive by:
  • artistic discipline,
  • artist's name,
  • artists' projects (by year),
  • type of cultural event.
For more detailed information, you can also explore the OBRAS Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The OBRAS residency maintains an archive containing, books written by residents, exhibition catalogues, brochures and leaflets, as well as some CDs and DVDs documenting selected concerts and performances.
The archive also includes material related to the Open Studios, such as artists' statements. On average, two Open Studios were organised each year.

Please feel free to contact the OBRAS board if you would like further information.
